MEET OUR PRESIDENT
With over a decade of experience in wetland science, environmental consulting, and regulatory compliance, Eli Wright founded W3 Environmental Solutions, LLC to provide local, expert, client-focused solutions in wetlands, waters, and natural resource services.
Eli’s expertise spans ecological fieldwork, regulatory negotiations, permitting, and strategic advisory services across the mid-Atlantic region. Having held in leadership roles at both small and large-regional firms, Eli has successfully overseen environmental efforts on projects of all types and scales, including private land development, infrastructure, utility-scale solar, and mitigation projects. With a passion for the intersection of science, policy, and development, Eli is dedicated to helping clients navigate environmental regulations efficiently and responsibly.
At W3 Environmental Solutions, Eli leads with integrity, expertise, and a commitment to high-quality service, ensuring clients receive tailored environmental solutions that meet both regulatory requirements and project goals. He is also an industry leader and educator, actively shaping Virginia’s natural resources community through professional mentorship, collaborations, and public engagement.
